I have been working at Dialight full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone gets along great, and it is so fun. We have many gatherings and even play wiffleball in the Summer. The supervisors are nice, and understanding.

    Cons

Underpaid. I have so much work on my plate on a day to day basis, and do things that no one else in the company does. I believe I am not receiving the financial recognition I deserve.

I have been working at Dialight full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good mix of millennial and established work force. The company is going through changes to strengthen the team. A lot of focus on process.

    Cons

Not a slow-paced environment. Not necessarily a con but everyone is down in the trenches doing work. If you aren't interested in working on projects as much as you delegate, this is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep going. Things are headed in a good direction.

I have been working at Dialight full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great products, top of class, intelligent and hard working staff. Professionally challenged daily. Sales performers are well rewarded for their efforts, no cap. Little tolerance for free-riders that fail to perform, so there is some turnover. Growing rapidly, products also evolving rapidly, reflecting advancements of various LED packages. Company is focused and well positioned in its core markets. Dialight has just named a new, permanent CEO.

    Cons

Company is experiencing rapid growth and with that some growing pains. Some product lines are mature and need to be spun-off.

    Advice to Management

Identify additional target markets that are complimentary to its core markets, develop new products for these targets or enter these markets via acquisition.
