The people are the top are very arrogant and you don't want to get on their bad side.

The business development team has zero faith in leadership and the ability for them to hit the incredibly lofty goals that have been set for the team (expecting x2 YOY growth with no additional product/service offerings or strategic reasoning behind the goal.) They really upsold the position during the hiring process, and indicated that demand is skyrocketing, when this could not be further from the truth. They are treading water at best. The company is extremely unorganized, HR is a joke, and they are generally outdated as a company. They are falling behind in the industry, and trying to make up for their losses by ripping off the customers they have left. Anyone who has seen this company for what it is has already left or is planning to leave soon. I wouldn't be surprised to see Diamond Assets closing its doors in the next few years.
