I have been working at DigiPhoto Entertainment part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast paced environment which makes time go by quickly. It's always nice to see happy faces when the customers come by to check out what we've created for them. The majority of coworkers are pretty great, and have been with the company for years, which is a lot to look forward to.

    Cons

Dealing with the unsatisfactory coworkers that slip through the cracks of management before they reveal their true selves. And reporting them isn't always helpful if I feel I have to report on the daily. When is enough, enough?

    Advice to Management

If you're going to have rules for the betterment of the company, enforce them, especially for the previously mentioned unsatisfactory employees.

I worked at DigiPhoto Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun environment only because I love photography but that's it everything else was hell
NA NA NA NA NA NA

    Cons

All about number, lack of care for employees & site managers, high stress/pressure, unprofessional at times, pay is a joke!

    Advice to Management

I was employed from 2015 as a photographer and thrown in to management in 2016 without proper training I got blamed for everything you can think off I put my blood sweat and tears into my job because it was my everything my means to survive and what help me stay afloat financially it sadden me when I chose to leave but I could no longer take the abuse. I had medical issues with proper documentation and was still treated like nothing. Worked full time without full-time benefits for 6 months and the pay was a joke.
The op management could care less about well being of their site managers.
I understand it's about numbers and helping a company build but you have to start caring about the people you employ these op managers need some sensitivity training and need to dedicate more time into training their managers.

If your favorite holiday is Christmas this is the perfect job for you
-Good for high school students/college students because the minimum age is 16

    Cons

-Weekend shifts often run into late hours of the night
-Mostly seasonal positions so once the holidays are over the store closes until the next year

I worked at DigiPhoto Entertainment part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, fun work environment, good co-workers, good company benefits. Most of the managers were awesome. I loved taking the Santa photos at the DreamMore Resort and the team I worked with there.

    Cons

Had to work outside in cold, as far as the company I was contracted to work for, unpredictable schedule as it was a theme park and if attendance was low, so was the need for photographers. Many days I went in and was sent home 3 hours later because it was raining or snowing and there were no guests in the park.

    Pros

I loved the people and the managers were laid back and the minimum wage was great.

    Cons

Horrible computer system. Please get new computers! Bad hours.

    Advice to Management

    Get some new computers please.

I worked at DigiPhoto Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Great people to work with on a local level. Fun environment.

    Cons

The company looks to cut corners wherever, whenever they can. We had a great motivational bonus plan the first couple of years I worked there, then they made it impossible to even notice you were getting a bonus which drained the morale from everyone.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to get out in the field and be seen instead of hiding behind their computer and cell phones...

I worked at DigiPhoto Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Open door culture where it was okay to contact any person at any level if there was an issue without going through a chain of command. New organization with flexibility to expand the business in new areas. Exciting business with a lot of potential.

    Cons

Some contractual commitments limited growth. Employee loyalty was not always a positive (ie: slow to transition poor performers and bring in new energy).

    Advice to Management

Continue to think outside the box with growth ideas. Enhance training and development to solidify core teams and raise employee accountability to meet goals and objectives.
