Fantastic work culture, very inclusive with hands on development from the directors Not afraid think outside the box, very different to other agency thinking Very generous salary and commission structure Alot of flexibility and high motivation levels without cracking the whip as most recruitment do over number of calls and sales Directors are HR and global recruitment professionals so know what clients challenges actually are in their business

I think review some of the freebies that take up time to generate for clients: including developing competence framework, role profile - job and person spec, 100 day challenge plan, and generates brochure on the client work culture, ethos, succession planning and development the role can expect in next 12 -24 months - all free!!!! Should charge for head hunting services which are free and part of the normal service None just keep doing what you are doing developing staff, paying very well and pleasing clients who are
