-The culture is not looking for superstars. They place high emphasis on people who develop relationship with others via whatever means. If you come in and excel too early, very likely will be envied by some.
-the engineers here are highly inflated title, except for expats (headquarters will only hire good quality engineers). Most do not know much about engineering technicalities but depend on experience acquired overtime.
