      Good products and at the edge of technology in HVAC & R. Starting to be recognized as a top 5 major programmable controls manufacturer.

      Poor line card, not enough products to represent.

      Would have liked more team events in person but with COVID I understand why more couldn’t be done.

      Pros

      Great work culture with everyone super nice, helpful, and smart. Gave me a lot of freedom to be creative and it paid off! The leadership is always looking to push the envelope which is exciting to be a part of.

      Nothing of note. I had a positive experience all around.
