      Pros

      Working at Ditech was enjoyable based on a good working environment and growth opportunities. Part of the good working environment was partly due to the smaller company size, but also having approachable upper management. The product line the company was developing was an interesting technology to watch develop. Regular, all hands on meetings also created an enjoyable working environment where one could interface with employees in other departments.

      Cons

      Due to the market demands and customer requirements it was difficult and challenging situation. The slow decline of revenues also created a stressful environment since the uncertain future of the company was an overriding cloud.
