Pros
The people I work with are fantastic — supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about what they do. The product itself is high quality and interesting, and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in a wide range of challenging and meaningful projects.
Cons
Senior management tend to get too involved in day-to-day shop floor activities, which can make it difficult for engineers to take ownership and make decisions. There’s a very particular approach to problem-solving and communication that must be followed, which can feel restrictive. The management style is quite autocratic, and projects are often expected to be delivered single-handedly rather than through collaboration that plays to individual strengths.
