      Pros

      Have been working with this company since 1997 as a client and an employee since 2007. The culture of care toward clients and employees is beyond words. This company changes lives. That is said in a lot of places but it starts from the core values from the CEO throughout the whole staff. I feel privileged to be a part of this team.

      had the freedom to work independently and received trust in decision-making and there was opportunities for getting different task in different fields. Great employees and team connection

      There was no repercussions for the manager that did not treat the employees with respect. He would yell at employees
