Hostile work environment in English linguistic development. Company has a very 1990s attitude and approach to linguistic and cultural relations. Lack of direction; unclear future for the product. Experience and expertise goes unacknowledged and unrecognized. Expectations are unclear. High levels of resistance to defining project roles. Standards and processes are applied arbitrarily. Colleagues are checked out and just there to collect a paycheque. Benefits offered are the bare minimum (no dental).
