      Solid compensation, interesting clients, fast paces job dealing with lots of ambiguity, great coworkers

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, no clear direction in where the company is going, no oversight or direction for new employees, fully remote culture, no benefits, lack of options when it comes to picking projects you want to work on

      Pros

      The best thing about Dualboot is the people and this comes from the top. We have a strong leadership team with a clear vision for the future. We get to work on exciting and challenging projects. I've made a lot of great connections and learned a lot in this role. Great compensation, too.

      Cons

      Remote-only can be a little lonely at times, but we do have a yearly offsite where we can connect with teammates in person. Lack of health insurance plans for the US team is kind of a bummer.

      The company culture at Dualboot is unlike any other. Co-workers that truly care and are always there to help and answer questions.

      Working remote can sometimes be a con - I would love getting to be in person with colleagues more often
