      Pros

      - feeling you're in the eye of the storm (which is thrilling) - surrounded by the smartest teammates one could hope for - working towards such an ambitious mission (if we succeed, work won't be the same) - all while having some good laughs and partying (singing too!) like there's no tomorrow

      Cons

      - the flat structure -no manager, no hierarchy- isn't for the faint of heart as it exposes everyone to direct accountability and constant collaboration - growing so fast + building in an ever changing environment (genAI) does bring its fair share of chaos

      Team: Great team with deep expertise. You'll learn constantly and work with smart and kind people. Work-life balance: Flexible working arrangements and respect for personal time. Company is growing fast, very stimulating.

      Startup pace : can be intense, not for everyone. As company is growing, processes are not completely clear but evolves quickly

      Pros

      Very strong team with a strong drive. The company has a real shot of becoming huge, and a clear path forward with great leadership. The market we're evolving in is one of the most fast and exciting that's ever been, and Dust is at the forefront of it.

      Cons

      The culture can be surprising for some. You need to battle hard to get your ideas through, so you need some armor to be able to push things you really want to happen
