      Friendly folks who make good company Always has some level of work to do Management is committed to continuous growth Excellent company values and corporate culture

      Pay is abysmal Benefits leave a lot to be desired The company is having some growing pains and doesn't seem to have a very clear vision on its future Growth feels impossible
