The environment is very relaxed while still being very productive. We all sit together and have fun while also getting our work done. The company was set up in a way where everything runs itself now. Everyone in the office is very helpful and pleasant to work with. No egos. I’ve learned a lot from everyone.

There is a real sense of family there. The operation is large-scale, but they run very lean, which has its pros (challenging, no two days are the same, lots of team work, paving your own path based on your skills) and cons (there’s no formality in structure)
