not RN employee friendly

Pros

Autonomy and semi flexible scheduling. BUT mandatory night shifts because they can't keep employees

Cons

If you're thinking about applying, just ask any current employee about the job. You're going to do a lot of free work for the company. They increased the Cincinnati driving range without adding pay. More driving is less lines which is the only way you make money. They refused to pay mileage. When called out on rolling out an increase in service area they didn't tell anyone. Management said "I forgot" when called out by the employees and said if we don't like it we can "coach you in or coach you out." It would be funny if it wasn't also insulting to the RNs out here placing the lines. The benefits are really bad too. Management says red flag things like "at least it's not bedside." You'll be going to nursing homes with cockroaches and needles on the ground. Just do yourself a favor and go a different avenue.

Pros

Easy job if you want to do something for a while. Leadership doesn’t even know what you are doing.

Cons

Leadership disconnected with head in the clouds. No long term thinking. Seems like they are treading water to stay afloat.
