- I really can't think of any. Working here for 3 months literally gave me ulcers.
Cons
- The CEO will message you at all hours of the day and night for random updates, this includes Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. You will be reprimanded if you don't replay immediately. - Everything an urgent manufactured fake emergency. - You will be asked to take ownership of projects and deadlines which are dumped into your work queue without any chance for input. - They will happy schedule you for a 7 AM meeting with New York and an 11 pm meeting with India in the same day and expect you to attend both. - Technical management won't push back on the non-technical CEO no matter how deranged his expectations are. - There is almost no documentation for anything. You will be told to contact random people in India for instructions, they will mostly ignore your messages or tell you they have no idea either.
