      The people I worked with.

      Cons

      Literally every aspect of leadership except for my direct manager. All the way up to c-suite and especially the owner. The owner bought a $500k RV and built a covered port for it attached to our warehouse. A few weeks later he laid off 40+ people but was too scared to be there in person.
