I have been working at E.R. Williams, Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule - like most other government contractors as long as you put in 8 hours a day, you can show up and leave whenever you want.

    Never wins new contracts.

Stop lying, give people raises and don't bid on contracts you have no business bidding on. Even if you do win, you will not be able to do the work.
