      Pros

      Remote work, everyone with ECAD is great to work with. The company has merged with 2 other companies, so it is becoming more corporate but good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      More corporate than I thought or was told in the interviewing process. Can be unorganized at times and unsure of all the Teams meetings, or who to contact for PTO or issues
