      Great if you enjoy traveling

      Pros

      Greta company if you enjoy traveling. Hours are slower in the cold months but if you stick with it the other months can be rewarding.

      Cons

      Upper management has a lot of favoritism unfortunately. No room for advancement unless you are local to Wisconsin.

      Co-workers can make or break a job very easily and ECM continues to employ some great individuals to work side by side

      Cons

      Taking more account into the actually field workers input in everyday tasks. More infield perspective vs. behind a computer desk.
