We were surprised to read this as EWAB prides itself on employee retention with an average tenue of over 10 years and well under half the industry average employee turnover rate. In the previous two years to this we had zero employees leave and only 1 terminated due to HR issues in 2022. We wish you the best of luck with future employment.
