      Pros

      Good people work there. Foster an environment of open dialogue. Some flexibility depending on job. Tons of benefits

      Cons

      The owner is a narcissist. Play his game. He's sneaky - keep him on your good side. If he does not like you for some reason, watch out. Seen too many people fired for no reason other than owner's unknown reasons. Women also paid less for same jobs.

      Pros

      Amazing benefits and time-off plan, opportunity to work remote or hybrid depending on the position, no dress code, and very relaxed office environment. Actively working on improving company culture using an outside 3rd party company.

      Cons

      They grew in size very quickly and it shows. No performance review process as of now, no job descriptions or roles, Leadership team feels like a boys club. If you have any sort of critique or criticism about how things are, the CEO will probably just see you as being overly negative. God forbid you use a word he doesn't like/agree with.

      Pros

      They are very flexible and encourage you to be a strong member of a team. There are no egos you have to work with. Fun stuff and fun people.

      Cons

      It is a flat organization (they call it a jungle gym, not a ladder) so if you are looking for a specific title or need to manage others, that does not fit in with their model. But you are still appreciated and grow is many other ways.
