      I'm sorry that you feel that working here at Earth Systems was a "waste of time." I will say since the departure date (Early 2016), our focus for amazing employee experience and reducing turnover has been my number one goal. The management team is amazing and like all companies, strive for success every day. I am happy to say that we are there now and we all keep striving to make it better each day. I appreciate your honesty and I do hope that you are happy with your new endeavors.

      Great place to start after college, not somewhere you need to stay

      Pros

      Great coworkers in the drudges and chaos with you, decent starting pay. Great networking with clients since you are the one right in front of them. Owners are friendly and enjoy a good party.

      Cons

      The more time you spend in the field the less valuable you are in the office, easy pass over for promotions, and little room to grow within company.

      I want to say thank you for your review. Though I see some positive things, I am sorry you had a negative outlook while you were employed at Earth Systems.       Pros

      Overtime after 45 hours. Per Diem when in the field

      Cons

      Poor communication through out the company. Management expects 90+ hour weeks in some situations with no regard to employees recovering sleep and energy. No real training to be had, mostly chuck you in the deep end and expect you to swim.
