7yThank you for your feedback! We are glad to hear you enjoyed trying out new positions and learning skills in various roles. We do our best to be transparent with the entire company about decisions and updates, but have to respect the privacy of sensitive information and decisions at times with closed doors. We continuously work to improve our training and encourage all employees to receive a minimum of 16 hours a year of outside training to improve and enhance their skills.
