Good place to gain fast technical exposure across a wide range of automation systems. Engineers can build a broad skillset quickly, making it a useful stepping stone to higher-paying opportunities outside of Eclipse Automation.

Cons

Teams often operate in silos, which makes collaboration difficult and slows down execution. Internal processes are weak and overly dependent on antiquated database systems, creating inefficiencies across engineering and project delivery. Coordination between departments is inconsistent, and there is little structured training or support for professional development—engineers are often expected to figure things out on their own. The company previously offered flexible work hours and on-premises amenities that supported work-life balance, but these have largely been removed. This shift, combined with below-average compensation and benefits, has negatively impacted overall employee satisfaction. From an engineering standpoint, project execution and success rates are inconsistent, often due to gaps in planning, process discipline, and cross-functional alignment.
