I had to fight a court battle for 9 months to get paid my dues. 2) Vendor and Partner Relations: There is a concerning trend of vendors being shortchanged and payments being withheld. 3) Client Relations: There seems to be a lack of transparency with clients regarding resource allocation and project management. 4) Management and Organizational Culture: The company's approach appears sales-driven, leading to aggressive and often misleading practices by senior management. This includes misrepresentation of the company's status to investors. 5) Work Environment: Experiencing a hostile work environment, including abusive language and aggressive conduct in meetings.
