Owner is about money not safe practice. Owner will not hospitalize children when they are suicidal or actively saying and doing things that puts their life at stake. Clients are harmed when the doors are closed and owner denies it. Administration belittles staff when staff stands up for children.

Deeply dishonest, capricious, unethical, and arbitrary admin team. UNETHICAL. Asked to do something that I felt put my physical health in jeopardy. At first they were quite nice. However, the admin team phrase starting being mentioned frequently as being behind actions I perceived to be vindictive and verging on bullying behavior. And still no paycheck. They don't have direct deposit at all. The teacher assistant I had was excellent and frankly, should be running the place. Cut my losses and quit. I hope I get paid.
