Pros
They sponsor you for clearance. Most companies will only consider you if you already have active clearance. They wanted me to have a higher clearance level to use me in a better position later on but I just took the clearance and ran.
Cons
Incompetent employees, MASSIVELY underpaid me, and incompetent employees!

Pros
Only if your really desperate.
Cons
Disorganized, zero leadership, zero structure, no HR dept at all, no real pay stubs and far below industry wages. The owner will not allow anyone to actually succeed. He spends all of the companies profits as personal income. The CEO always threatening he can't afford to continue to pay his staff. Treats all staff like trash. Pressures most to work over 80 hours a week. He pays zero overtime.

Pros
I worked at the NGIC facility for EOR, I worked as a Senior Intelligence Analyst, the Deputy Program Manager provided me with OJT on-site and the opportunity to travel around the world, working in exciting places and helping to save lives. I have been provided opportunities to learn about proposal management, business development and working for multiple agencies since I left Charlottesville. EOR has provided me consistent opportunities to grow into a better professional, diversify my skills and improve my salary each year :-)
Cons
You get out of EOR, what you put into it. Some of the contracts span the entire world, making it hard for everyone to really get to know each other face to face, but overall, my interactions with the company have been very positive and were definitely improved when I decided to invest time and make it a priority in my life.

Pros
I was so impressed with the personal care and attention that I receive from the CEO. His mentoring and advice are key in both my personal and professional development. He has offered me, the same as he offers to all of this employees, the ability to take trainings and certifications to better myself. He has revolutionized the way that I look at professional world.
Cons
The only con that comes to my mind is the office size. The office seems a little cozy at times, but there is still enough space to get the work done.

Pros
My background stems from 30 years in the healthcare industry divided equally between delivering quality care and leading projects as a Senior Project Manager to improve healthcare systems. As a healthcare provider and Veteran, I always look for any opportunities to help others; especially my fellow veterans and their families. From what I have witnessed, EOR is an innovative organization that caters to military veterans. They have excellent leadership in place, all of which are committed to help guide people reach their full potential. The CEO is a visionary and Marine Corps veteran himself. I am very proud to be a part of such a great a company that shares these same values.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say
