Pros
Element, Inc provides an experience far from that of the typical corporate environment. I've enjoyed a flexible schedule, engaging social events, great benefits and some of the most brilliant team members around! I enjoyed being around a culturally diverse group of employees and appreciated the attention to details that leadership exuded.
Cons
You'll find it challenging to get ideas across if they're not properly thought out and presented, though this is written under cons, I appreciated this as it forced me to be clear with my intentions // actions.
