Bad managers, hard to get completes, extremely boring, shifts get cancelled extremely frequently.

colleagues were definitely the highlight of working here

Cons

too much pressure on employees to meet quotas. they put all new employees on probation and can let you go without a warning. too much pressure for so little pay. also, the people on the receiving end of the line are upset at these types of calls (rightfully so) and sometimes are hostile and aggressive.
