Pros

Not many good reasons to work at Elementis. It's known as the turnover capital of NJ. It could be a good company to work at with the proper senior management team.

Cons

A back-stabbing environment where you never feel safe about your job. For the majority of people, it's a job not a career. Senior management keeps the best rewards for themselves and do not share with the rest of the employees.

Pros

The environment is challenging, fast paced and dynamic, there is room for growth at some levels. The Senior Management team in play now, seems to want to do things right.

Cons

The company has had many changes in management over the years and several rounds of making things leaner. There are overall many management roles and not as many worker bees as there should be anymore. Things which move at such a fast pace need higher levels of resourcing.
