      Pros

      I can not this of one good reason to work at Elmo Motion Control

      Cons

      Arrogant upper management Physical abuse of employees by upper management Product that fails and no support from factory in Israel Don't pay bonuses, 1/3 of agreed amount, plus waiting 9 months for payment Travel expenses are a joke $25 a day including tips for 3 meals Cheapest hotels in dangerous neighborhoods Cheapest flights, no matter how it affects employee, including mandatory flying on Saturday for trips to Israel. Sunday travel for US flights Do not take a job at Elmo Motion Control, no matter what lies they tell you.

      Great customers, great projects, great product

      Cons

      No raises, no HR, per Diem and travel expense limits are unrealistically low. Hostile work environment. QA issues with product. Set high expectations for bonus that is never met. Severely understaffed. Management not transparent or trustworthy. High turn over.

      Pros

      New management is shifting the culture in a very positive direction. Elmo treats you like family. Top of the line products being used in ground breaking industries. Great training for new employees.

      No in person training due to COVID-19
