Good work–life balance, but inadequate management

Pros

EPC departments are a strong point of the company and can be an excellent environment for junior engineers and project managers to gain hands-on, practical experience. Day-to-day life in the office is generally pleasant, and work–life balance is good, which is a meaningful advantage compared to many companies in the industry. Team-level collaboration is healthy, and colleagues are supportive.

Cons

The company strongly promotes values such as commitment, team spirit, transformation, passion, and respect. While these are clearly communicated externally and internally, they often feel more aspirational than truly reflected in day-to-day operations. There is a clear gap between stated values and actual decision-making, particularly at senior management level. The senior management structure is inadequate in both effectiveness and real decision-making authority. This leads to delays, reduced accountability, and hinders progress in a sector that demands agility and fast responses—contradicting the company’s stated focus on transformation and adaptability.
