Long hours, management is in the US timezone so if you are working from any country in Asia, expect a regular work day from 9-6PM and then meetings (company, client, etc.) anywhere between 8PM - 12AM multiple times a week. No structure for promotion and growth, 90% of the staff are people with < 5 years of work experience.
Basically the entire company is people from low income countries (Pakistan, Mexico, Brazil, etc.) and very junior staff. perhaps this is a way to find good talent but pay them at a minimum wage. They are some of the hardest working individuals I've ever met. Sad to see their talents wasted at the company.
No Business Dev. team anymore so if you are hired as an analyst at any level expect to make cold calls, write outreach emails, etc.
No best practice or competency for any areas, and senior management also don't help out junior staff in times of need.
