Pros
Very independent role. Out in the field. Get to plan your days as you need. Not a place for a career, burnout culture is high here.
Cons
The pay is low. The warehouse environment is toxic. No support from upper management. You don’t make bonuses very often, but metrics are used against you no matter what story they tell. Communication is non-existent unless you’re being micromanaged. More work does not equal more pay here.
