Executives work intimately with employees and are committed to your development and growth. Freedom to get creative when solving problems, easy to see how your work directly effects the rest of the company.

Cons

Training for new employees needs improvement. Roles and responsibilities can be unclear at times.

This was met with the most hostile workplace I have encountered in my 14 year career. The leadership is out of touch with the realities of the day to day operations. Instead of celebrating their top performers, the mentality is that no-one is doing enough. You will feel squeezed as if our commission and life depended on it, however there is zero merit based financial gain - even as a top performers here.
