Pros

Remote Work for most employees. Good for self-managed employees.

Cons

Private Equity and Mergers. Bad Upper Management making decisions that seem to go against common sense and without reasons given. Layoffs due to poor decision making. High turnover due to over worked employees at low pay with no upward mobility in the last 5 years for most employees. Too good to be promoted mentality. far lower than average pay for a chaotic environment with no direction and a lot of false promises. Revolving door of C-suite staff.

The company has recently merged. Things are slow but maybe some progress will start to happen.

Pros

They were very friendly and everyone was really nice to work with. The management was absolutely great as far as the smes and different team leadership was great.

Cons

No real goal to achieve, especially with poor metrics and insight.
