Cons
Students can evaluate the teachers even after only one class with the teacher. They can post anything they want to say about the teacher on the company's site in China. They can destroy your reputation as a teacher and no one, disappointingly, no one, alas, will do anything to dispute the complaint or help you. They'll even tell you that the students are the paying clients after all.
