      bonus pay for good performance

      backstabbers and bullshiters abound. While I was an employee it was a constant battle to make sure I got credit for my work and not be blamed for others mistakes.

      - Family atmosphere - Fun work environment - Training Conventions = travel around the US - Room for advancement - Understanding Management - Fantastic work life balance - Ability to work remotely at times

      Cons

      - Business changed hands after some legal challenges and many things changed, unfortunately not for the better (in hindsight) - Room for advancement seized and employees laid off (several rounds) - Financial Troubles
