Pros

Some of the coworkers were great to work with

Cons

No pay structure, all the training is purely a box ticking exercise to cover the corporation from a legal perspective if a serious mistake occurred. As it will be the fault of the employee and not the employer All suggestions are ignored and many VPs provided no input whatsoever, yet somehow kept their jobs, whilst other hard working employees were made redundant. The individuals they deem to be important only say “yes” and never add any value.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about some of the unfortunate things you experienced. We are always looking at market data to make sure we are competitive in the industry. We do have a global learning and development program complete with classroom/virtual training, manager and leadership development, individual development plans, formal mentorship program, and 1:1 career planning and skill development sessions. We know that the success of our company is driven through our employees and we will continue to do what we can to make AAR a great place to work. I will share your feedback with your former location.

Pros

Coworkers are sometimes great. Supervisors are ok.

Cons

Shift managers are arrogant and destroying team morale. The toxic leadership is destroying the team that is still there and forcing them to look for work elsewhere.
