      Sometimes if the aircraft is outside. You will have to work outside during Winter.

      Pros

      Coworkers are sometimes great. Supervisors are ok.

      Cons

      Shift managers are arrogant and destroying team morale. The toxic leadership is destroying the team that is still there and forcing them to look for work elsewhere.
