      Pros

      Culture, the work being done to drive the mission. The new CEO so far seems to have a plan in place to make some improvements.

      Cons

      No upward mobility. You have to wait for someone to retire after years and years of employment for an opportunity to present itself. And people stick around for years….so get comfy in your role.

      Pros

      I was able to take on multiple responsibilities, like research and volunteer engagement, with consideration of my time and workload from school.

      Cons

      At times, I felt like my work wasn’t as important or could’ve been done by my supervisors, especially when projects were close to completion, they would be altered but I understand it was for time efficiency.
