Pros

The benefits package is comparable to other large organizations. Very metro accessible, Nice offices.

Cons

Managers do not seem to know anything about the jobs their staff's do. Raises and promotions are given out to people that are friends with management. The organization reorganizes every year as a way to legally cut staff without firing them. Most staff is required to reapply for their jobs every year during these reorganizations. Management is never cut, only non manager and blue collar workers. Everything is designed to protect upper management and most of the important work is not being done anymore in favor of tap dancing for insurance company ads on their products.

Pros

I was able to take on multiple responsibilities, like research and volunteer engagement, with consideration of my time and workload from school.

Cons

At times, I felt like my work wasn’t as important or could’ve been done by my supervisors, especially when projects were close to completion, they would be altered but I understand it was for time efficiency.
