Pros

Contact with clients in English and Spanish in person and telephonically, directing calls to proper case worker, setting appointments and purging files and sorting data information in proper file order. Working as a team member when required and performing assigned duties with minimum supervision. Co-workers and superviisor very helpful in lending assistance when and where needed Since I have been working at Youth Coop, there has been little turn over in personnel.. Everyone I know of has been employed there for years.. The host agency is called Youth Coop.

Cons

For the length of time I have been working through AARP at Youth Coop,, an agency for finding employment for Cuban and Hatian refugees and persons with approved asylum in the United States, I am unable to state any negative aspects of the company at this time.

Pros

I was able to take on multiple responsibilities, like research and volunteer engagement, with consideration of my time and workload from school.

Cons

At times, I felt like my work wasn’t as important or could’ve been done by my supervisors, especially when projects were close to completion, they would be altered but I understand it was for time efficiency.
