Cons
1) Toxic Executive Management Team that takes credit for other's ideas. 2) Do NOT report illegal/shady activity to Ethics & Compliance or you will be promptly shown the front door. 3) 100% turnover rate in sales team each year. If you do not make your unrealistic sales quota in first 3-6 months, you are already on the chopping block. 4) HR is constantly changing bonus compensation targets for those that are not in good-ol-boys club so you never receive a bonus. 5) Do not plug prospective clients into CRM. Parent company (ABS) and executive team will move to their buddies so you get no credit. 6) CEO/President struggles to network with potential client executives and places the burden on junior staff to make introductions for him. When meetings are scheduled, he does not acknowledge the ABS Group employee that made the introduction for him and does not allow them to attend the meeting.
