      Pros

      Misson based company, Caring people work there. Most staff want to have a positive impact.

      Cons

      PE has ruined the organization. They have no idea how to run a business in this space. They care only about their profit and are ruthless in laying off talented people to drive down costs, unnecessarily. ACT is not the company it was or needs to be.

      Pros

      Co-workers, mission, and benefits are all great. There's a longstanding loyalty with ACT which has kept many people here for their entire careers.

      Cons

      Pay freezes and hiring freezes have made opportunity for advancement or even standard of living wage increases nonexistent for the last year. Change has been constant which has not been managed very well. There's a lot of starting and stopping without a strategic, comprehensive plan of implementation.
