Good schedule but poor management and low pay - Custimer Service Representative ACT Employee Review

no cons, the internship was great!

Co-workers, mission, and benefits are all great. There's a longstanding loyalty with ACT which has kept many people here for their entire careers.

Pay freezes and hiring freezes have made opportunity for advancement or even standard of living wage increases nonexistent for the last year. Change has been constant which has not been managed very well. There's a lot of starting and stopping without a strategic, comprehensive plan of implementation.
