      amazing work balance, good expectations, great staff, collaborative, encourages growth, insane amounts of time off

      subpar salary, sometimes there is lacking solution design which gets annoying (but not that bad)

      Decent pay and some decent employees

      Cons

      Supervisors like to get handsy, half of the coaches don't know what they are doing. Too much drama and gossip. Too much pressure put on the employees for a job that's supposed to be laid back. Too many made up rules that favorite employee don't have to follow. I would not recommend working there. I made 4 different reports with hr and nothing was done about it.
