      Progressive in *areas*, works with latest technologies, great work environment, excellent management, promotes team spirit.

      Cons

      Older company and monolithic parent company, tries to promote innovation and flexibility, yet squelches it in same stroke with unnecessary formalities and structure. Also stagnant in *areas* very old legacy software, dependent on third party platforms / libraries.

      Training is great, corporate people are decent folks

      Cons

      Depending on region Snap-on and lower cost competitors will eat your lunch. No reoccurring sales. Your a Mongol on the hunt always pillaging. It firmly in the hunter side. Cold calling hell and move on to the next victim
