The executive team is focused on the future and is open to new and innovative ideas from its employees to get there. Major infrastructure changes are in the works, showing the company's ability to recognize changes in the marketplace and a need to adapt. Employees are able to work independently in a very collaborative environment across departments. Coworkers are very positive and the company culture has a team oriented outlook.
Cons
There are a lot of moving parts as the company transitions that can create a hectic atmosphere. Balancing long term projects while maintaining daily operations can be a bit of a juggling act at times.

We are confident that the efforts to improve our infrastructure will create a less hectic work environment for employees and as you pointed out, will offer more opportunity for our teams to share innovations throughout the ALM organization.
The biggest pro was the opportunity to learn within a large dealership group environment. Working for a company with multiple rooftops provided exposure to a variety of accounting processes and operations.
Cons
Training and onboarding were limited due to the workload and staffing structure. Controllers were overseeing a high number of dealerships, which made hands-on training and support difficult at times.
